Maya and Phi Phi Islands

Last day of our holiday. Could not land at Maya beach thankfully as our boat was too large. The beach was packed with boats and people. Phi Phi waa very touristy but did go out fron the beach to a coral area and swam with the tropical fish. Frances had them eating bread from her hand while swimming. Bit like the fish massage you can get over here.

James Bond Island

I thought Halong Bay was great but we think this is better. Many islands but more coloufful and green. Sea is a bluey green colour and clean. The highlight were to canoeing trips to the other islands close by. See if you can spot the gap in the rocks. Had to lie flat on the canoes to get in. Typical limestone cave, dark but opens out into a series of lovely lagoons. Went through the middle of tbe roots of the large Mango tree.
