The Alamo at night and the statue with names of those at the Alamo.

The next few photos of the  Scottish Rite Cathedral. 1924. A 6 story building by free masons. Can hold 2500 people. All the marble came cut and shaped from Italy. Interesting  because Frances's grandfather and my farther were masons.

San Fernando Cathedral 1731. Oldest functioning church in Texas. The remains of Davy Crockett lie here.

San Antonio River Boat

Most of these are taken from the river boat on the San Antonio River.

The river walk is 15 miles long along the San Antonio River. The down town part is about 5 miles. The tree in one of the photos is a 400 year old cypress.
